Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment (formerly known as Hutcheon Mearns) are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on behalf of our client, a well-established business based in Dundee.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a salary of £27,500 - £30,500 per annum. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role is ideal for an individual looking to develop their finance career within a busy, high-volume environment. The position offers excellent exposure to a broad range of finance activities and would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team while continually developing their skills.
The Opportunity
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Finance team, the Accounts Assistant will play a key role in ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Working within a fast-paced environment with high transaction volumes, you will gain exposure to a variety of accounting processes while contributing to the smooth running of the finance function.
This opportunity would suit candidates with previous finance experience, including those with an HNC, HND, AAT qualification or individuals keen to further develop their accounting knowledge and experience.
