You’ll lead functional, performance, and automation teams while working closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. What You’ll Be Doing: Test Management: Plan, manage, and execute all test activities, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing. Risk-Based Planning: Develop test strategies with a focus on risk prioritization and mitigation. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work confidently within a matrix organization, managing vendor and third-party relationships. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide test teams, fostering a culture of quality and accountability. Non-Functional Testing: Oversee performance and other non-functional test activities, ensuring best practices are applied. Automation Awareness: Bring knowledge of test automation methodologies and best practices. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Manage and engage stakeholders effectively during UAT cycles. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Test Manager who’s not just a technical expert but also an inspiring leader who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Key Skills & Experience: Eligibility for Security Clearance Strong test management skills with accountability for planning and execution. Experience in risk-based test planning and managing escalations. Expertise in non-functional testing methodologies and processes. Confident in stakeholder and vendor management , ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. A strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. A track record of leading UAT efforts and driving process improvements. Experience mentoring and guiding test teams to achieve high performance.
