About the Role
As a Final Mile Territory Manager, youll be the driving force behind service excellence across multiple Delivery Units or one high-volume Super Unit. Youll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community, and key internal teams.
This is a role for someone who loves ownership, thrives on accountability, and brings energy and resilience to every challenge. Your decisions will shape courier experience, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and site safety every single day.
