\n Freelance Contract | £325 - £350 per day\n

\n Build Space is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading project team delivering a major modular build scheme in Bracknell, berkshire \n
\n
\n This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced project where precision, planning and safety are paramount. You'll be leading site operations on a technically challenging programme, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring works are completed on time and to the highest standards.\n
\n
\n If you're a proactive Site Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex construction projects, this is an excellent contract to add to your portfolio.\n
\n
\n The Role\n
\n
\n As Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the site, managing subcontractors, coordinating works and ensuring programme milestones are achieved. You'll drive quality, maintain exceptional health & safety standards and work closely with the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery.\n
\n
\n We're Looking For\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a Main Contractor.
    • \n
  • Modular build experience would be a distinct advantage.
    • \n
  • Strong fit out experience.
    • \n
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple trades within a fast-moving construction environment.
    • \n
