At Manor Park Care Home, part of the Sandstone Care Group, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centred care in a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate and committed Registered Nurse to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Nurse at Manor Park, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and wellbeing. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing residents needs, developing and reviewing care plans, administering medication, and providing both physical and emotional support to residents and their families.

  • Respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions and escalate concerns where necessary.
  • Support the management of long-term conditions and complex healthcare needs.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to care teams throughout the shift.
  • Liaise effectively with GPs, district nurses, hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate, timely and professional clinical records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection prevention and control, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in audits, quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support residents and families by providing information, reassurance and professional guidance.
  • Contribute to the training, supervision and development of colleagues where required.
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing at all times.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for Manor Park Care Home and Sandstone Care Group.
