Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving product growth through sharp insightled decisionmaking As aProduct Manager Marketing youll lead the charge in shaping and executing product strategies that captivate customers and grow market share. Youll be the voice of the customer the champion of innovation and the connector across crossfunctional teams.

In this handson role youll sit at the centre of product performance and lifecycle managementdriving range reviews product analysis pricing and positioning decisions. This isnt a brand or campaign role. Its built for someone who thrives on data makes confident commercial calls and loves optimising product portfolios with a relentless focus on serving the customer.

Responsibilities

Work with the Marketing Managerto develop the long-term strategies to defend the core business and grow sales outside of core showering.

Own the product marketing strategyexecutionfor showering category(ies) from positioning and messaging to go-to-market execution.

Lead the New Product Schedulecollaborate closely with the design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Be the engine behind successful launches ensuring every detail is aligned for maximum market impact.

Take ownership of category performancedig deep into data uncover insights and lead the charge in developing action plans that tackle underperformance and seize growth opportunities. This includes everything from P&L analysis and pricing strategy to product lifecycle management and customer ranging.

Conduct market and competitor analysisto identify trends opportunities and threats.

Champion the customer voicein all product decisions ensuring solutions meet real-world needs.

Collaborate regularly across functionsincluding wider Marketing teams Manufacturing Sales and Demand Planningto align forecasts with marketing insights and activities. Be the connector that transforms data into action.

Drive continuous product excellenceby working hand-in-hand with NPD and Industrial Design teams. Champion innovation and ensure our range stays ahead of the curve through ongoing product improvements.

What Youll Bring

Proven experience in product marketing or product management ideally in consumer goods home improvement or tech.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities.

Skills/Requirements

You dont need to tick every box to thrive in this role. If youre commercially minded eager to learn and excited by the idea of shaping products and strategy wed love to hear from you.

• 3 years prior experience in Marketing Channel Management and/or Product Development with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results.
• At least 1-year experience with P&L and/or budgeting is required
• Strong interpersonal skills excellent attention to detail creative approach to problem solving
• Organisational skills to manage workload and priorities
• Technical appreciation of products installation materials and manufacturing would be beneficial.
• Confident and compelling presentation skills
• Proficient in Word / Excel / / Powerpoint / PowerBi
