Motor Insurance Customer Care Agent£26,000.00 - £28,000 per year (Dependant on insurance experience) plus a salary increase after 12 months + monthly bonus based on performanceLocation: Rainham, Essex (4 days in office, Fridays from home after induction training completed) MUST have minimum 1-year recent solid experience in MOTOR insurance (call centre, broker or customer service background). What You’ll Get
  • Salary: Starting at £26,000 _ £28,000 plus an increase after 12 months
  • Monthly % bonus based on performance + teamwork
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends!)
  • Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays (rising to 30 with service)
  • Location: Rainham, Essex (with great transport links and free parking)
What We’re Looking ForMUST have minimum 1-year recent solid experience in Motor insurance (call centre, broker or customer service background)
  • Strong communication and rapport building skills
  • A positive team first attitude and hunger to succeed
  • Confidence in guiding customers and solving problems with care
  • A commitment to doing things the right way, fair, transparent and honest
