HR Advisor

Job Description

Your team: You will join our People Team, a group that puts people at the core of everything we do by aligning business decisions with people initiatives. You will support People Directors and HR Business Partners, working closely with the wider People team and business managers to innovate and develop talent.

Your role: This is an exciting role for a HR Advisor where you will provide vital support to HRBPs and business-facing teams. You will help drive key HR initiatives and projects across our brands, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Day to day you will:

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey for new joiners and facilitate the offboarding process to ensure a professional and supportive transition for all employees.

• Facilitate the probation review process, guiding managers through the framework to ensure new starters are supported and performing effectively.

• Administer the year-end compensation planning process, providing essential data support and ensuring accuracy throughout the cycle.

• Support HR Business Partners with employee relations case management, including complex cases involving redundancies, grievances, or disciplinary actions.

• Reinforce company policies and practices, promptly escalating and assisting in the resolution of issues.

What we’re looking for from you:

• Experience assisting an HR team in an advisor or support capacity, specifically handling employee lifecycle administration and data.

• Experience supporting HR projects and initiatives to help drive business goals and operational efficiency.

• Proven problem-solving skills used to resolve complex employee relations or operational issues.

• Sound knowledge of UK employment law applied to provide accurate and compliant advice regarding contracts and probation.

• Excellent communication skills used to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and offer guidance in line with company values.

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to people operations and professional development.
