  • Support the Head of Customer Communications to develop and maintain a culture of proactive communications across the team, including evaluating the success of activities and advising on areas for improvement to strengthen the delivery of the communications service
  • Undertake appropriate research and analysis to continually develop the quality and effectiveness of the overall service and to inform Sanctuary's approach to communications platforms and tools

Skills and experiences:

  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
  • Proven experience of working in a Journalist or Public Relations environment
  • Proven experience of creating and delivering successful communications campaigns
