We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team of a high-quality restaurant within a luxury hospitality environment. You'll ideally have : * Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a quality restaurant or luxury hospitality environment. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. * Good food and wine knowledge. * A proactive approach with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. * A commitment to maintaining high standards in every aspect of the guest experience. *Benefits* * Up to £45,000 basic salary * Up to £5,000 a year service charge * Realistic OTE of £50,000 * Meals on duty * Uniform provided *Diversity & Inclusion* We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.
