We’re working with a welcoming school in Caterham that is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join their team. You’ll be stepping into a supportive environment where your experience, ideas and teaching style will be valued.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom where every pupil feels supported
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
  • Adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
  • Assessing pupil progress and using this to shape future learning
  • Maintaining positive behaviour and creating clear classroom routines
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for pupils

We’d love to hear from you if you have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching within a UK school setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A creative, adaptable and positive approach to teaching
  • The ability to engage, motivate and inspire pupils
  • A commitment to helping every child reach their potential
