We're looking for compassionate, creative and resilient Creative Learning Mentors to support pupils in a primary school in Shirehampton who need a little extra help to succeed. You'll work either 1:1 or with small groups, helping children build confidence, regulate emotions and re-engage with learning in a positive, supportive way.
No two days are the same. One morning you could be building trust through Lego, art or outdoor learning. The next, you'll be celebrating a child staying in class for the whole lesson for the very first time. Those small wins soon become big ones.
You don't need to have worked in a school before. If you're calm under pressure, genuinely care about helping children and can build positive relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
