We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who brings that same mindset: someone who leads with warmth, supports with consistency, and understands that great hospitality is reflected in every space we present.

This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally.

The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. It will become a world-class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.

The new hotel will sit at the heart of a vibrant and evolving Etihad Campus — an exceptional place for guests, teams, partners and fans to rest, reset and immerse themselves in everything the campus has to offer.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll help lead the housekeeping team, creating a calm, organised environment where standards are clear and consistently delivered. You’ll ensure every room and public space is prepared with care, so guests feel comfortable, welcomed and well looked after throughout their stay.

You’ll champion Medlock’s brand standards, encouraging a culture of pride, attention to detail and teamwork—bringing structure and consistency to a team that delivers exceptional results behind the scenes.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining presentation across the hotel, ensuring every space reflects our high standards—bringing a sense of care, quality and quiet excellence to every guest experience.

• Approachable, supportive and genuine in the way you work with colleagues, taking pride in creating spaces guests feel comfortable in

• Calm and reliable under pressure, with a steady, hands-on approach and an eye for detail

• Passionate about supporting and developing your team, building strong relationships and a positive working environment

• A clear communicator and team player, collaborative in your approach and well connected to the pace of a busy hotel

• Experienced in a fast-paced housekeeping operation, ideally within a premium or high-energy environment
