Maintenance Manager

Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Team Leader or Maintenance Manager from a heavy industrial environment looking to take ownership of an engineering function?
This is a newly created position within a growing business, created as a direct result of continued expansion. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the maintenance department, ensuring maximum reliability across both fixed processing equipment and a large fleet of heavy mobile plant.
You'll manage a skilled team of welders and fitters, oversee preventative maintenance planning, coordinate engineering projects and play a key role in improving plant reliability across the operation.

About You
Experience from sectors such as recycling, quarrying, waste management, concrete, mining, heavy engineering, bulk handling, plant hire or similar industrial operations would be highly advantageous.
