What you'll be doing

Do you want to join a team that is helping shape the future ofteam performance andleadership across Lloyds Banking Group?

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in building the systems, programmes, propositions and communities that enable leaders and teams to perform at their very best.

As a Team Effectiveness & Leadership Programme Assistant Manager, you'll operate at the heart of our Team Effectiveness and Leadership agenda. Acting as the central point of orchestration across multiple initiatives, you'll bring together stakeholders, communities, suppliers and internal teams to ensure our propositions are innovative, scalable and deliver measurable business impact.

You will play a key role in evolving our Team Effectiveness offer, embedding evidence-based approaches, leveraging technology and AI, and helping create the conditions for high-performing teams and leaders across the Group.

Key responsibilities include:

Programme Leadership & Orchestration- Acting as the central point of orchestration across Team Effectiveness and Leadership Development activities, this role ensures initiatives are aligned, coordinated and delivered effectively by providing oversight of priorities, plans, dependencies and delivery across multiple workstreams. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, Leadership, Coaching, People Partners and wider Centres of Excellence, the role creates a flawless colleague experience while driving visibility of demand, delivery pipelines, resource requirements and performance through robust planning and reporting.

Proposition Development & Innovation- Support the design, development and continuous evolution of Team Effectiveness propositions, frameworks, toolkits and Leadership Development programmes, ensuring solutions are practical, commercially focused, scalable and aligned to Group priorities. Applying design and systems thinking principles, drive the creation of innovative, user-centred experiences while championing modern delivery approaches, including digital tools, AI-enabled solutions and modern facilitation techniques.

Communities, Capability & Stakeholder Enablement- Lead and evolve Communities of Practice that strengthen leadership, coaching and team effectiveness capabilities, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Build strong stakeholder partnerships to develop practical tools, resources and guidance, enabling the effective application of key principles and advising the design of future solutions.

Measurement, Insights & ROI- Develop and evolve outcome-focused measurement frameworks for Team Effectiveness and Leadership initiatives, ensuring success is defined, tracked and evidenced through meaningful business impact rather than sentiment alone.

Operational Excellence -Drive the effective delivery and scaling of Team Effectiveness and Leadership programmes through strong governance, programme management and operational excellence. Leverage technology and automation to simplify processes, improve efficiency and ensure risks, dependencies and key milestones are proactively managed.
