Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.Want to be a part of it?What will you be doing?As ourProject Manager you'll be overseeing a programme of works on our Southern Water Framework across the South Coast area.You'll beresponsible for overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion and for the safe, on time, efficient and right first time delivery.You'll lead a team of professionals as well as being the point of contact for the Client and stakeholders.

Work with the delivery team , co-ordinate project stakeholders such as highways, local authorities, Southern Water, Capital Delivery Waste Water operations .We'll need you to liaisewith clients, designers and delivery teams throughout the target cost setting, design and delivery phases of a project.You'll have the opportunity to mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentYou'll develop an environment where staff share ideas and best practice.Problem solve, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensuring projects are delivered in a safe, efficient, timely way and promoting best practice in quality management.We'll need you to deliver excellent customer service and achieve above target customer satisfaction scores.
