Ideal candidates will be : * Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. * Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills. * Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. * Comfortable handling busy queues and large crowds. * Able to work effectively as part of a team. * Previous barista, café, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. *Job responsibilities* * Serve a range of coffees, teas, cold drinks, snacks, and baked goods. * Provide friendly, confident customer service to fans and guests of all ages. * Operate tills and handle transactions accurately. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the unit. * Restock milk, syrups, cups, snacks, and other supplies during service. * Work efficiently as part of a team during busy peak periods. * Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times. * Ensure drinks and food are presented consistently and to a high standard. * Help create a positive and memorable guest experience throughout the event. *Job benefits* * Work at one of the UK's most iconic sporting venues. * Fun, sociable team environment on a major event day. * Flexible shifts to fit around other commitments. * Opportunity to gain experience across wider hospitality roles. * Potential for ongoing work at other venues and major UK events.
