Job description
Your new company An established and rapidly growing engineering business is seeking an experienced Parts & Stores Manager to lead and develop its parts operations. This is a key leadership appointment within the organisation, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to play a central role in supporting ambitious growth plans while driving parts sales, customer service excellence and operational efficiency. The role would suit an individual with a strong background in heavy engineering equipment, combined with proven experience in parts sales, inventory management and team leadership. Alongside a competitive remuneration package, there is a strong bonus structure linked to sales performance and the opportunity to help shape and grow a high-performing department. Your new role Reporting to senior management, the Parts & Stores Manager will take ownership of the company's parts and stores operations, ensuring customers, dealers and service teams receive outstanding support.You will be responsible for managing stock levels, driving parts sales, developing dealer relationships and leading a support team that includes store operatives and Dealer Support personnel.
