About the Role
Reporting into the commercial organisation, you will play a key role in helping leaders understand business performance, improve forecasting accuracy and make informed decisions. You'll work with data from multiple sources, using analytical insight to identify trends, assess business opportunities and support commercial excellence initiatives across the region. This is a newly created position with significant scope to influence how reporting, forecasting and business intelligence capabilities develop across Europe.Key Responsibilities

You are a commercially minded Business Analyst who can connect data and analytics directly to business outcomes. You understand the importance of forecasting, planning and performance management and can translate complex information into clear recommendations that influence decision-making. You are equally comfortable working strategically and delivering hands-on solutions. You enjoy building new processes, challenging assumptions and improving the way organisations use data to drive performance.Essential Requirements
