Role: Agile Coach
Location: London, UK (Hybrid 4 days office)
Employment Type: FTE/12 Months
10 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach leading Agile transformations across multiple teams and programs.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile adoption, continuous improvement, and organizational transformation across teams and business units. The Agile Coach will mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership teams, helping them embrace Agile principles, improve delivery effectiveness, and build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
