Join our team as an Online Navigator – Head Office, Pennywell Rd, Bristol Are you a people person who loves creating positive experiences? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Online Navigator to join our energetic Online Team at our Head Office in Bristol. What You’ll Be Doing * Engaging with customers via online chat or over the phone to understand their needs and guide them toward booking an appointment. * Capturing key information and updating our sales system to ensure we’re delivering a personalised experience. * Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. * Working hand-in-hand with our sales team by turning inbound enquiries into scheduled appointments. Previous sales experience is great, but not essential – we value energy, attitude, and a willingness to learn above all else. Key information * Working Pattern: 37.26 hours a week across Mon – Sun covering the hours 8am – 9pm on a rota with a 1 hour lunch break. * This role is offered on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months (until 31 July 2027), although it may end earlier if the postholder returns sooner.
