Overview
Are you an experienced Survey Manager or Principal Surveyor looking for the opportunity to take on a broader leadership role?
We're recruiting for a newly created position within a growing business delivering specialist surveying, environmental and infrastructure services. This is an exciting opportunity to move beyond managing surveying projects and play a key role in leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
Working alongside senior leadership, you'll help shape the future of the technical department, develop people, strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.

Ideal Candidate
· Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline
· Proven experience within one or more of the following:
o Land Surveying
o Engineering Surveying
o Measured Building Surveys
o Utility Surveying
o Geospatial / GIS
o Environmental Monitoring
· Experience leading survey teams or managing technical professionals
· Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
· Commercial awareness with experience managing projects, quotations or tenders
· Passion for developing people and improving technical standards
