\nAs a Cover Teacher, you will supervise pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and on task while maintaining a positive learning environment.
\nThe Role
\nAs a Cover Teacher, you will:
\nDeliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the classroom teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Encourage students to remain engaged with their learning.
Support pupils of varying abilities and learning needs.
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
Gain experience across a variety of schools and subject areas.
Choose assignments that suit your availability and preferred locations.

\nThe Successful Candidate Will Have:
\nA Bachelor's Degree (BA, BSc or equivalent).
A passion for working with young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills.
The confidence to supervise classes independently.
A flexible and professional approach to work.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
