\nThis isn't a role for someone who simply keeps a bodyshop running.
\nWe're looking for a true business leader who can inspire people, drive performance, develop high-performing teams and deliver exceptional commercial results across a busy, successful accident repair centre.
\nIf you've built your career within the accident repair industry or you're currently leading a franchised dealer bodyshop, this is an opportunity to take operational and commercial ownership of an established, high-performing repair centre with the backing of a successful and growing repair group.
\nYou'll inherit an experienced team, established relationships with work providers and the autonomy to make a genuine impact on site performance.
\nThis is a role for an ambitious leader who enjoys taking ownership, empowering teams and continually improving performance. You'll have the opportunity to influence the success of your site while being supported by an established and growing repair group.
