Staffing Specialist
Location: Northampton
Hours: Monday Friday 8AM 5PM
Salary: 28000 - 30000 plus commission
Our client is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Staffing Specialist to join their growing team. This is a fast-paced role where youll be responsible for sourcing engaging and supporting high-quality professionals ensuring they are successfully matched with suitable opportunities.
Youll build strong relationships with candidates manage the onboarding and compliance process maintain accurate records and respond quickly to changing business needs. Success in this role requires excellent communication strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering an outstanding service.
