  • Experience supporting people in welfare, safeguarding, advisory or student-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and student welfare frameworks
  • The ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism and discretion
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Confidence working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Why join us?

At the University of Wolverhampton, you'll become part of a dedicated Student Life team committed to improving the student experience and promoting wellbeing, inclusion and academic success.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while developing your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
