An established independent accountancy practice in East Yorkshire is looking to recruit an to support its continued growth following an increase in new client work.
Youll be responsible for managing a varied workload across general practice including:
Preparing statutory accounts for a broad portfolio of clients
Corporation tax and personal tax compliance
Preparing VAT returns
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting owner-managed businesses with their day-to-day accounting needs
Working closely with experienced colleagues across the practice
Optional involvement in audit assignments with training available if youd like to develop in this area
Youll ideally have:
Previous experience working within an accountancy practice
Experience preparing year-end accounts
Good knowledge of VAT and general practice accounting
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive approach and willingness to build client relationships
Whether youre AAT qualified ACA/ACCA studying qualified by experience or fully qualified the firm is interested in speaking with candidates who have a solid practice background.
Salary up to 42000 depending on experience
