We are currently looking to recruit a part time Band Mental Health Practitioner (Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker) to join our small and supportive Community Mental Health Team for older adults. This is a great opportunity to join our friendly and dynamic multidisciplinary team, with lots of support and CPD opportunities.
We provide patient focused, evidence-based mental health interventions and assessment for people aged and above, with a range of Functional and Organic mental health illness.

The post is based at Brookfields Hospital. CPFT supports agile working, with flexibility for work-life balance. Visits to the team are welcome. There is free parking onsite.
Main duties of the jobPlease note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. Please confirm in your application that you meet the specified criteria.
The role involves (but is not limited to):
Your primary area of coverage will be Central Cambridge , but you must also remain flexible to support other parts of Cambridge as needed. Regular travel will be essential for this role. We provide a preceptorship programme and regular support and supervision.
