Your new roleAs the Capital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of capital projects within the borough. These are likely to include a variety of commercial projects including retail and leisure. You will lead and coordinate projects from feasibility through to delivery and will oversee external consultants, contractors and delivery partners. As part of the role, you will produce reports for senior leaders and members and will be involved in member engagement.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful for this role, you should be competent delivering capital projects and experience with town centre regeneration is preferred. Prior experience of managing commercial projects is required and you should be comfortable with programme and risk management. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
