Key Responsibilities
- Assemble lithium-ion battery cells, modules, and battery packs.
- Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment.
- Carry out quality inspections and product testing.
- Diagnose and report manufacturing defects.
- Follow engineering drawings and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Work safely within a clean manufacturing environment.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements
We're Looking For
- Experience within manufacturing, production, automotive, aerospace, electronics, engineering, or battery production.
- Mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work shifts where required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- NVQ Level 2/3, apprenticeship, or equivalent engineering qualification is desirable.
