Key Responsibilities:As a Production/Factory Operative, you will:
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production flow.Assemble products with precision and care, adhering to quality standards.Conduct regular checks to maintain product quality and safety.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following health and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn!Previous experience in a factory or production environment is a plus, but not essential.Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
