Working alongside the Senior Pizza Chef and wider kitchen brigade, you will assist in preparing fresh dough, maintaining mise en place and producing authentic Italian pizzas to the highest standards. This role is ideal for a Pizza Demi Chef looking to build their career within a premium restaurant environment whilst learning from experienced chefs who are passionate about quality and craftsmanship. *Responsibilities* * Assist in preparing and proving fresh pizza dough. * Stretch, top and cook pizzas consistently to company standards. * Prepare and organise mise en place for service. * Ensure all ingredients are fresh, correctly stored and beautifully presented. * Support the Senior Pizza Chef throughout busy lunch and dinner services. * Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards. * Keep the pizza section clean, organised and service-ready at all times. * Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience. * Take pride in every pizza leaving the kitchen. *About You* The ideal Pizza Demi Chef will have : * Previous experience as a Pizza Demi Chef, Commis Pizza Chef or Commis Chef within a busy restaurant or premium pizzeria. * A genuine passion for authentic Italian cuisine. * Experience working with fresh dough and traditional pizza preparation techniques. * Excellent attention to detail and consistency. * The ability to remain calm under pressure during busy services. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * A genuine passion for hospitality.
