Are you a Service Supervisor or similar from an agriculture or plant background, looking to join a thriving and market leading company that will value your development, through rapid progression to become a Service Manager?
\nIn this role, you'll oversee 4 direct employees and 27 overall, ensuring the smooth operation of the service department, managing the engineers, scheduling and handling jobs and dealing with clients from agriculture, plant and construction industries. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team hit company KPIs and targets.
\nThis company are a trusted and well-established supplier of agricultural, construction, and ground care machinery, delivering high-quality equipment, exceptional service, and expert support to businesses and individuals across Scotland. They have been operating for almost a century and have rapidly expanded to become a staple of the industry.
\nThis role would suit a Service Supervisor from an Agricultural or plant background, looking to join a growing and supportive company with routes to rapidly move up the ladder to more senior positions.
