We've got great bus links from Kingston, Chessington and Norbiton & we're only a couple of stops on the train from Wimbledon, Esher, Weybridge & Walton...you can get to us from anywhere! What do we do? We're a locals local with great food.

We're proud to serve the best seasonal British dishes with specials that are inspired by our customer's & team's travels, with a special investment in our Sunday roast (scoring 5 stars from The Guardian).

We are the only pub in Surbiton with a Burger Shack, Young's institution serving up the juiciest patties with chicken wings, Louisiana hot sauces and spud nuggets! The Burger Shack backs onto our famous garden.

As the successful Chef de Partie you will : * Have experience championing excellent service through quality food * Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time * Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor * Show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills * Working alongside your Head Chef, you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials * Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour * Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
