This is a field-based role involving the servicing, maintenance, repair, of commercial and residential swimming pool equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the swimming pool industry, be customer-focused, and be confident working independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship. *Key Responsibilities* * Carry out routine swimming pool servicing and preventative maintenance * Test and balance pool water chemistry * Diagnose and repair faults on pool plant equipment, including pumps, filters, dosing systems, heaters, and UV systems * Install and commission new pool equipment where required * Perform plant room inspections and ensure systems operate efficiently * Complete service reports and maintain accurate records * Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients * Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current health and safety regulations * Travel to customer sites throughout Swindon and the M4 corridor *Essential Requirements* * Previous experience as a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician or similar role * Excellent knowledge of swimming pool plant equipment and water treatment. * Experience in fault finding and equipment repairs * Full UK driving licence * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently * Good communication and customer service skills * Ability to manage workload effectively and work to a high standard * * *Desirable Qualifications* * Swimming Pool Water Treatment qualifications (e.g.
