Love working with little ones, but want a job that works around your life?
Whether you're looking for a few days a week, regular supply, a long-term placement or your next full-time role, we're here to help you find the perfect fit.
At Protocol Education, we know that one size doesn't fit all. Some people want flexibility around family life or studies, while others are searching for a nursery they can truly call home. Whatever you're looking for, we've got opportunities waiting across Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding areas.
If your happy place is reading stories with funny voices, building towers that are guaranteed to fall over, celebrating first words and first steps, and helping children discover the world around them, we'd love to hear from you.
Your day could include
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can flourish.
- Supporting learning through play, creativity and exploration.
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence and development.
- Working alongside friendly nursery teams that value your skills.
- Making every day exciting, whether that's messy play, outdoor adventures or story time.
We're looking for someone who
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- Has experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Is caring, enthusiastic and passionate about giving children the very best start.
- Loves working as part of a team and building positive relationships.
- Can adapt confidently to different nursery settings when needed.
