Pickerings is a leading supplier of high-quality temporary buildings. We design and supply solutions to a diverse customer base including schools needing extra classrooms commercial businesses needing additional office space and construction sites needing a complex of offices and welfare facilities.
The Role
As part of the depots operations team youll be supporting the Modular Supervisor with the construction of modular building structures along with the fitting of internal fixtures such as doors windows wall partitions kitchens and sanitary ware.
About You
Youll be multi-skilled with expertise in a range of industrial trades such as joinery plumbing and electrics gained from working in construction property maintenance or ideally the temporary or modular building industry.
Youll be someone who strives to meet deadlines whilst always working safely and maintaining quality standards and be able to work effectively with colleagues.
Building construction takes place outdoors so you should be prepared to be exposed to extremes of weather as well as being physically able to manoeuvre the large components of a modular building structure.
