Horticulture Resource Coordinator Brinsbury College is a unique land-based campus with outstanding facilities, commercial growing spaces and ambitious sustainability goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced horticultural professional to play a key role in supporting curriculum delivery, leading innovative growing practices and helping develop the next generation of horticultural talent.

As our Horticulture Resource Coordinator, you will: Manage day-to-day horticultural and glasshouse resources.

Support staff and students during practical and theory sessions.

Take ownership of health and safety procedures, risk assessments and compliance.

Supervise apprentices and student workers, where required.

Manage stock control, ordering and resource budgets.

What you will bring to the role: Relevant horticultural industry experience A Level 2 qualification in Horticulture (or equivalent) Experience supervising groups and supporting learners Knowledge of horticultural health and safety legislation Practical experience of machinery operation and horticultural practices Our Staff Benefits
