Adecco are pleased to be recruiting for a HR Administrator (Policy and Ops) to work within the South Gloucestershire Council Location: Yate Contract Type: Temporary Hourly Rate: £13.90 per hour End Date: March 2027 Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, Hybrid Are you ready to step into a role that makes a difference? About the Role: As an HR Administrator, you will be the cornerstone of employment processes, ensuring that every change to an employee's terms is handled with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include: Processing Changes: Accurately manage all employment changes, from new starters to leavers. Documentation: Issue essential documents related to starters, leavers, and contract variations. Pre-employment Checks: Conduct thorough checks in line with safer recruitment guidelines. Collaboration: Work closely with payroll and support the Casework & Change team in processing correspondence.
