Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:\n

  • Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, delivering outstanding service while ensuring cases progress efficiently.
    • \n
  • Speak with customers over the telephone to understand their circumstances and provide appropriate support and guidance.
    • \n
  • Negotiate affordable repayment arrangements and settlement options in line with company and regulatory requirements.
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and account activity.
    • \n
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team performance targets.
    • \n
  • Deliver fair, empathetic, and professional customer outcomes at every stage of the customer journey.

About You\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in contact centre customer service, collections, debt recovery or similiar.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle sensitive conversations confidently.
    • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and manage your own caseload.
    • \n
  • A positive, resilient approach with a genuine desire to help customers and deliver excellent service.
    • \n
  • Comfortable working towards individual and team performance targets.
