Main duties of the job- Deliver outstanding nursing care: Be responsible for the whole patient experience, including clinical diagnosis and treatment, and provide the highest quality, holistic and person-centred care to our residents.
- Build relationships: Develop positive connections with our residents, families, and carers and involve them in care planning, monitoring, and evaluating services.
- Collaborate with a supportive team: Work with a well-resourced multi-disciplinary team, receive full support in your role, and mentor, support, educate and supervise other team members.

This role involves some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
