Your new companyHays Senior Finance are supporting a large, complex organisation in Birmingham with the recruitment of a Financial Reporting Manager on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading provider of facilities management and maintenance services across the UK.
Your new roleReporting into an excellent Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the business meets all of its statutory, regulatory and shareholder financial reporting obligations.Key duties:

What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a generous remuneration package which includes a basic salary of up to £72,000 per annum together with a car/car allowance and bonus of up to 20%. Additional benefits include 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), matched pension up to 6%, private medical cover and life assurance. The role also offers lots of hybrid flexibility with only one day per week at their offices in Birmingham.
