Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for designated overall processcontrols withinour Manufacturing processes.
Define and control production processesincluding tooling and equipment.
Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product tools or equipment.
Drive accountability through daily/weekly operating rhythms to ensure ME driven tasks are completed in line with production requirements.
Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Design and NPI reviews with NPI into current manufacturing processes.
Analyse and report on production processes methods schedules downtime cycle times availability of machines and waste management
Key stakeholder during new equipmentselectionin line with process and industry best practice(CAPEX Approvals)
Ensure that the organisations manufacturing processescomply withrelevant policies and regulations.
Coordinating maintenance and repair services to keep production equipment operational.
Identify/evaluate improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college and/or relevant experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Ability to programme manufacturing equipment.
Demonstrated ability to manage project/challenging workloads.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem solvingcapabilities.
