This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie who takes pride in precision, presentation, and producing beautiful cold dishes using the very best ingredients. Working with premium seafood, Italian antipasti, fresh salads, crudo, carpaccio and seasonal ingredients, you will help create memorable dining experiences whilst maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and organisation. The Chef de Partie will work closely with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure a smooth service, effective mise en place, and continual development of the section. *About You* We are looking for someone who : * Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a quality restaurant or luxury hotel.
