Job Title:Territory Manager

Location / Region: Ideal location Glasgow (covering Glasgow & Edinburgh postcodes)

Industry:FMCG / Convenience

Contract Type:Fixed Term Full Time - until 7th October 2026 with a great chance to lead to a permanent opportunity.

Working Pattern:Monday-Friday (No Weekend Working)

Grade 3

The Roleat a Glance

Were recruiting a Territory Manager to manage and grow our new client working on a large global brand in the Leeds area.Youllbuild strong relationships with storedecisionmakers within the convenience/independent channel negotiate additional displays and increase distribution and visibility for wellknownhousehold brands.

This role is ideal for someone with field sales experience who enjoys autonomy building relationships and seeing the direct impactof your work in store. WhatYoullBe Doing

As a Territory Manageryoullmanage your own territory working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and a friendly supportive field team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a FMCG convenience/independent territory and planning visits around store manager availability to masximise opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers
  • Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
  • Driving distribution availability and compliance across agreed product ranges
  • drive sales based on a solid selling story around our brands and category.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experiencebut if youre excited about this role but your experience doesnt align perfectly we still encourage you to apply-you might be just the right person for our team.

Youllneed:

  • Experience working in field sales or similar role
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent time management and territory planning ability
  • Be self-motivated and results-driven
  • A full UK Driving License (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)

Nice to Have:

  • Merchandising or POS executive experience
  • Direct selling skills
