As we continue to grow we’re looking for a passionate leader to grow with us. *The Role* As General Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the success of our recently opened club, including : * Driving memberships, retention and commercial performance. * Delivering an exceptional member experience increasing retention rates * Maintaining outstanding operational standards. * Recruiting, leading and developing a high-performing team. * Building relationships within the local community. * Creating a positive, energetic club culture. *About You* You’ll be an inspirational leader with experience managing a gym, leisure or customer-focused business.
