An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team, as a Bank Support Worker. If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!

As a Bank Support Worker, you will be working in our Safe Haven Service in Grassmoor, Chesterfield, providing out of hours advice to people needing mental health support. The Safe Haven provides face to face, non-clinical support for people to discuss mental health concerns.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, the willingness to go the extra mile and ability to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
