Looking for your next role in a new sector We have an exciting opportunity to join our Settlement Agreement team in Manchester or Liverpool.

The role...


Our Lawyers provide legal advice and support to Trade Unions and their members with settlement agreements from across a variety of industries. As well as liaison with Union officers they support senior solicitors in advising on high profile mass settlement exercises. They work with the existing team to further market and build our service offering.

They also negotiate the terms of settlement agreements in accordance with current legislation and client instructions. Through training support they develop a specialism in and executing Settlement Agreements

Who we are looking for...


We are keen to hear from qualified lawyers with a background in offering legal advice. As well as excellent written and verbal communication skills we are looking for strong negotiators with the ability to effectively influence other professionals.

As providing clear communication throughout the clients journey is a central part of the role the ability to work sensitively and empathetically with clients and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders is fundamental.
