A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a skilled Care Co-ordinator to work at the main office of a leading care company based in Birmingham, West Midlands
\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading Care Company specialising in supporting people with various lifelong conditions including elderly care and learning disabilities
\n\n**To be considered for this position you must hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards this**
\n\n
As the Care Co-ordinator your key responsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Coordinating care schedules and staff rotas \n
- Matching carers to our service users based on needs and preferences \n
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance requirements \n
- Liaising with service users, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals \n
- Responding to changes in care requirements and operational needs \n
- Ensuring high standards of care and customer service are maintained \n
\n
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
\n- \n
- Previous experience in a similar role \n
- Previous experience within the health & social care industry \n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills \n
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities \n
- Good IT skills and experience using rota or care management systems \n
- A positive, flexible, and team-focused approach \n
- Knowledge of the care sector and CQC requirements \n
The successful Care Co-ordinator will receive an excellent salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
