*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience qualifications and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k) life and disability coverage voluntary supplemental insurance options and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
